Relationship Wonderland

The holidays are a wonderful time to test the endurance of a relationship. Depending on the length of time you’ve been dating, here’s when you find out if you are good enough to meet the family. Of course meeting the family is no guarantee of anything but for sure there are still some women he will not take home to meet his mother.

I had a friend who assumed that she and her honey would be spending time with each other’s families on Turkey Day only to find out the day before that she was not invited to his family gathering. Needless to say that relationship did not last. On the other hand, we cannot be too hard on the guys if the relationship needs to mature a little more before they feel comfortable with inviting us home to meet the gang.
