Sexuality

We have heard about sexuality for years. Yet, when expressed outside of the right boundaries, it is not the best thing for our lives. Everyone wants to be respected, treated in a respectable manner, and thought of as a nice person. If these are the desires of your heart, your focus HAS to change.

Everyone wants to be viewed as a beautiful person, both inside and outside. We want people to realize we are smart, beautiful, and fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139:14).

Just answer this question – Do you want to be viewed as a person who wants to sleep with everyone who looks at you? If your answer is no, then you want to focus on being seen for more than your sexuality. Sexuality causes people to miss our beauty. They will view us only as a person for whom they lust.

The sexual side of our lives is designed for marriage. It was made special by God to be between a man and a woman after they marry each other. True sexuality comes to light when it is an expression of love in a marriage between a man and a woman.

When we get dressed for the day, we should focus on dressing in a manner that will be pleasing to God instead of dressing in a sexual manner to please the world. Where the world makes sexuality cheap, God makes it a beautiful thing when it occurs in His will.

Focus on God and He will guide you to true sexuality.
